TERMS OF SALE

By purchasing from Diesel Pro Brands, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not complete the purchase.

All product information provided should be viewed as general guidance, not a guarantee of compatibility. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the part is correct for their application before placing an order. Diesel Pro Brands is not responsible for items ordered incorrectly or that do not fit.

Used Parts

Used parts are sold in good working condition and are expected to function properly, but they will not be flawless. Signs of normal wear such as rust, scratches, or other blemishes may be present. Diesel Pro Brands guarantees that no defect or wear will prevent the part from performing as intended.

Core Parts

Core items are sold strictly as rebuildable components. They may not function properly in their current state but are guaranteed to be suitable for remanufacturing. “Rebuildable” means the item can be restored to working condition through cleaning, machining, or replacing internal components. Core parts are not guaranteed to perform without being rebuilt, and Diesel Pro Brands does not recommend installing them as-is.

Rebuilt Parts

Rebuilt parts have been fully disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and repaired using new replacement components where needed. They are restored to meet manufacturer specifications and are guaranteed to function like new.

Core Exchanges

If a core deposit or exchange is required, do not complete the purchase unless you are prepared to provide the deposit and/or return a rebuildable core. Requirements are clearly listed with each item. Buyers have 21 days from receipt of their purchase to return a rebuildable core in order to receive a full core deposit refund. After 21 days, the deposit is forfeited and Diesel Pro Brands will purchase the core at current market value.

Refunds for core deposits are processed once a rebuildable core is received at Diesel Pro Brands’ facility. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. All cores must be properly packaged to avoid leaking fluids or damage in transit. If a core cannot be accepted due to packaging issues, leaking, or incorrect labeling, the deposit will be forfeited. Items will not ship until the core deposit or exchange is received.

SHIPPING TERMS

Diesel Pro Brands uses trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx for parcel shipments.

Ground Shipping
Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days. Orders placed before 4 PM EST ship the same day; after 4 PM, they ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship on the following business day.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited options include Overnight or 2-Day delivery. Orders placed before 4 PM EST ship the same day; after 4 PM, they ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship on the following business day.

Other Terms
Diesel Pro Brands does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipments cannot be held at carrier facilities unless the location is listed as the delivery address at checkout.

WARRANTY

This warranty applies only to physical goods purchased directly from Diesel Pro Brands. Both buyer and Diesel Pro Brands agree to the following warranty terms:

Limited Warranty

Diesel Pro Brands warrants that purchased items will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period specified. Any implied warranties required by law are limited to the same duration. All other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

Remedies

If a product fails under warranty, the buyer’s exclusive remedy is either (a) a refund of the purchase price, or (b) a replacement part of equal value once the defective part is returned to Diesel Pro Brands. Replacement parts carry either the remainder of the original warranty or 30 days, whichever is longer. Warranty is void if the item fails due to misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

Exclusions

Electrical components attached to used or rebuilt non-electrical parts (such as solenoids, wiring, plugs, actuators, etc.) are not covered.

Inclusions

All internal and external non-electrical mechanical components are covered under this warranty if they prevent the part from performing to manufacturer standards.

Other Terms

Modifying or altering an item before contacting Diesel Pro Brands voids warranty and refund eligibility. Damage caused during installation, misuse, or neglect is not covered. Diesel Pro Brands is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including vehicle damage or personal injury. If an item is damaged in transit, do not open it—contact Diesel Pro Brands immediately for instructions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds cover the part price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless Diesel Pro Brands shipped the wrong item or the part was defective when it left our facility.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless Diesel Pro Brands is at fault. If a return is approved for one of those reasons, Diesel Pro Brands will either issue a prepaid return label or reimburse the cost once the item is received.

All returned parts must be drained of fluids and packaged securely. Returns refused due to fluid leaks will not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges Policy:

• Core parts: Refunds may be requested any time during the warranty period.

• Used parts: Exchange only after 30 days of receipt.

• New/Rebuilt parts: Refunds must be requested within 30 days, and the part must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.

No refunds will be issued for items that have been altered beyond standard installation or removal. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

(If an exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Returns must be in original sellable condition.)
